Tony saying we almost got to our ceiling last year is basically him saying we were pretty devoid of talent last year. We all knew it, but is interesting to hear him basically say “yeah… we weren’t very good”.

But Maine, if I recall correctly, that’s essentially what Tony was saying before the season and for the entire first half of the season, isn’t it? We weren’t very good. It was hard to watch. But then we started to play well toward the end of the season.

Wacky idea of the day - could LRA finance some sort of video editing firm to splice together ALL of the Italy clips that have been released? I’d contribute a few bucks.
@hoopsandhoos used to do stuff like that (e.g., put together Taine clips from FIBA), but is working for Streaking the Lawn these days. Need someone younger than 40 who understands technology, so I’m doubly out.
