Such a vain old man. If he hadn’t been such an ass for the last 30 years I’d almost feel bad for him.
Part of K’s ego is trying to convince folks he doesn’t have an ego.
I know it’s a little early for schedule analysis, but we may play as many as 5 teams in CBS’s early top 10: UNC, Duke, Houston, Baylor, and UCLA.
Another pic of the new guys to pick apart the height. Using CTB is always a good reference. This one tells me McKneely is a true 6’3/6’4 Bond 6’5 Dunn 6’7/6’8 Traudt 6’9/6’10.
For reference. Tony is leaning in a little more in this one. So imagine him 1-2 inches taller. Also Dre’s shoulders are much higher on the wrap around than Dunn’s so using shoulder placement not a good indication of height.
Isaac M wears orange in almost every picture. Tony has to be a little disappointed.
It was the bun! No doubt about it! ![]()
Dunn looks lil taller cause his great hair. Basketball players should be measured where their shoulders are… but agree Ryan looks taller than we all proly thought
Its a good thing
Armaan and Justin
Was just about to post that here. Really awesome how Jus has taken him under his wing
Really really cool. Great job JA
I hope Justin is in his ear with “Dude, you really just need to shoot it well from three for one season and you’re golden. Make it this season!”
A lot of the info in here won’t be new to those of us who are super locked in and follow everything, but this is a good summary from @brogdonfanpage
There’s no way Bacot was telling his mom to buy Bitcoin when he was 10 lol
I have not read this, nor do I intend to. I am only here to say that I hope Kadin takes this match-up personally in 2022-2023.
I think how we approach UNC
-
Don’t double. I will take an Armando 2 anyday vs the 3pt barrage we experienced last season
-
If Kadin isn’t stopping Bacot one on one, put in Vander Plas or Traudt at the 5. Bacot is scoring 2 anyways. Force Bacot to guard in the pick and pop and on the perimeter (like how we did with Hauser when Bacot was at the 4 in their 2 big lineups). Make Hubert have to adjust by going small to lockdown the outside shooting.
idk there has to be other approaches
To channel Titus and Tate, I think we should just hit shots.
This is what NBA teams do. Guys like Bacot simply don’t play much because teams put them in high pick and rolls/pick and pops and they can’t guard anyone that far out. Enes Kanter as an example is one of the best rebounders in the NBA the last 20 years - and can’t get more than 18 min a game and is now out of the league. He simply can’t guard the pick and roll.
Reminds me McKneely is better than all of the guard we are looking at for 2023.
Dont know about that but he is a good fit for Tony and what we do and I think that will also benefit him in becoming the best player he can be.
