Pedulla is about to get exposed big time defensively when cattooor isn’t there to guard the other teams best player

Reece is at 32 in ESPN’s latest mock draft. Or so I’m told, it’s behind a paywall. Dropped from 28 in last month’s.

I parachuted in behind the paywall for you. Confirmed: Givony has Reece!! going to the Wahtics (Celthoos?) at #32.

My lasting memory of Pedulla is when Young had to pull him and keep him glued to the bench at JPJ last year after Kihei ate his lunch on defense.

He’s been light years better since, but it’s rare to see such an emasculation in such a short time on the basketball court.

Pedulla is really good but is ideal matchup for Kihei no doubt

I can’t believe im saying this but if Reece goes pro I want Kehei back. Im going to duck now

I don’t think that’s a hot take at all. We’d almost certainly be better with him at PG1 next year instead of Dante Harris.

Main issue is that he’s out of eligibility

Oh those little details.

I feel like we need to enjoy watching him these next 14-21 games. We might not have him beyond that.

With Bilas just randomly stating out of the blue last night, “he’s a pro” and Jay Williams asking himself the same question the game before (and after a full half to evaluate deciding he is indeed a pro) the narrative is clearly building, and I think it’ll be a reality by seasons end.

Yup and that’s okay. Next year May be “down” by comparison but watching all the new faces plus second year Dunn / McKneely is going to be a blast.

Love that we got Dante in the gold already. Having him in practice to run the green team is going to pay dividends imo

I’m here for all the Reece talk. Great seeing him get healthy and the confidence growing. If this is his final ride in a Hoo’s uni, that’s okay. He’s earned everything over the last 3 years.

The big thing with Reece is he has also been trying to add a few moves this season with the off the dribble jump shots from midrange and 3. If those start going down, we are final four good and he is a top 25 pick. Right now he looks like a smart, normal-sized pg with great defense and catch and shoot potential

Man, even in slow-mo he’s faster than all them dudes.

My assumption is that Reece is going to the draft and we’d better plan accordingly. I guess Harris is the safety net there but I think we really kicked ourselves in the shins with our PG misses in the 23 class. We potentially have a hell of a team coming together if we have a quality PG leading.

It is always the key for sure. We shall see on Reece!! Just hope he stays healthy rest of the year and I believe he will and will keep getting better

My prediction on Reece continues to be that he will have a tough decision. I don’t think he will be in the “foolish not to go” area – say the top 20-25 picks or so – and I don’t think he will be in the “foolish to go” area either – say 60+ or so. He’s going to be squarely in the “tough choices” area of the draft, and the details are going to matter.

That is ART.

I think this is right, at least from what we see now. We could have an incredible run to finish the season and he can really show out, tipping that decision to foolish not to go. But I think he’s going to be in a similar position to TMIII: He has a lot to bring to the table, a ton of potential, but still things to work on.
