Not to be overly morbid but I wonder how Bill Selfās health issues will impact some of these recruitments. I doubt heās gonna be coaching there much longer, rumor is this might be his last year.
Then again Kansas basically recruits itself and itās highly likely theyāll poach a top level coach, so might not matter anyway.

Thatās the one to watch with him. Thereās at least some question of whether he makes it to the fall visits. Arkansas is scheduled for the first football weekend. Obviously, weāre hoping to be on that list too.
Oats is probably the top of their list.
I feel like if Golden leaves it will be for the NBA.
Probably a few guys we donāt consider yet who would be candidates by end of season as well.
Yeah would guess Oats, followed by Pat Kelsey, Dusty May, and Grant McCasland. Maybe Scott Drew too.
Theyāll probably do their due diligence for Brad Stevens, Jay Wright, and Billy Donovan just like every big named program does.

Makes me less likely to spend July watching janky streams. Iām willing to follow 2-3 guys, but not like 15+

Really hope they donāt hire Golden next year. That would be a nightmare for me. I didnāt think the UNC-Duke coach pairing hatability could get worse than the last round, but Scheyer-Golden would be god awful. I donāt know if I could watch the games.

I am going to need Washingtonās recruiting success explained to me. They got some buzzy portal names and theyāre reeling in some well-rated HS kids too. But Sprinkle has a pretty short track record (albeit fairly successful prior to Washington) and they are coming off a bad season.
