We seem to be a little off. That last play was thrown over the 2B head and then he came down in the base path, can’t our guy just run through him? Instead he kind of held up and then slid. Also, they are getting a hold of Jay and getting guys on base. Just an observation from a non-BB guy.
Still 2-2 after 3. Offense has kind of sputtered since a good 1st.
Two sun balls in two games is less-than-ideal. At least the second one didn’t hurt us — but it did add about 5 pitches to Woolfolk’s pitch count.
