Dude, that might be a disappointing result compared to what you were expecting, but in the grand scheme of things it is extraordinary. You can bet I’m going to brag about having had a beer with you.

Appreciate that means a lot.

It was my first go and first time touching most of the equipment. But I’ll be back.

Quick HIIT this afternoon… 5 sets of 20 of below… plus 50 jumping jacks (or star jumps for you cricket enthusiasts & @BDragon while in Ireland) per set.

Edit: i have to wear this stupid Achilles strap still… was told id be back to 100% 4-months after surgery… and here we are coming up to 1-year… ugh.

Enjoy the Danish long distance running socks @DFresh11?

@BDragon how do you feel about Creatine? Lots of 16 and 17-year-olds taking it right now in football and baseball. My son does not take it but has asked about it. Seems like it’s not as bad as I originally thought. Been doing some research and it looks OK to do in small dosages? What say you for a 16 year old?

It’s totally safe. I remember them pushing ot back when I was 16/17 and it was thought of a a miracle drug. Turns out it’s not that but very effective.

The short is we all have Creatine in our bodies taking it acts as a supplement to help activate it. That allows our muscles to absorb more and prevent breaking down from workouts.

There ia further research that ia showing it could also help with brain function and prevent some of the natural dementia we face as we age.

The trick is Creatine has to be proprerly loaded and then maintain to work. You cant take it sometimes and expect results. Thenother key is just because you take it does not mean that muscles will start popping up.

The recommend dose is 5mg a day. That’s what I take every morning mixed into my AG1. I recommend taking it in the monohydrate form it dissolves easier and has no flavor so you can add it to anything.

So to answer your question your son can take it and should if he is training in addition to playing. I’D also recommend it for you as well

As I mentioned. We are finding more evidence that creatine really helps in maintaining a heslthy brain so I actually recommend it fo
rall men over 30

Hav, Did you find anything useful.? Asking for a friend

Wasn’t Creatine the thing Mark McGuire was getting flak about during the home run chase? It was either that or Androstinin (did I remember that one correctly?)

He was on Andro amongst other things

No joke me and Hav would buy 6 pack of banquets and huge subs at Littlejohns hoping to bulk up. Hav somehow would lose 5 pounds in the process

No, but I met Fresh’s first future wife who spoke zero English. This trend of Fresh dating women that “no hablas ingles” continues to this day…
