Keep Lewis at all cost. Big onions and clutch. And, if he develops under Odom and staff for another year 1 best chance to go higher in the draft

Agree and from a staff perspective it’s also about how easy/hard it would be to replace Lewis via the portal. Hint, it would be hard, you pay the man.

Bizjack is the obvious name to be interested in, but Drayton Jones would be a fine backup 5 to Grünloh. Other guy who is interesting is Stink Robinson (an All-Name team candidate too) a Fr who had season-ending surgery, but was a 4-star recruit with the rep of being a bulldog defensive PG.

Is Bizjack the Kenny G looking guy who ate us alive?

Sideshow Bob Jr., yes

Wait what!!!?? Are you being sarcastic?
Did you know Sam is 10th in career Offensive rating in the NCAA since 2010? And 5th among Power 5 players.
Did you know he’s the best 3 point career shooter at the newest distance?

@Hooandtrue Oswin from Providence graduated from the same HS Ugo did:

No idea what Odom himself is looking for, but as a fan with his own opinions I would take Oswin in a HEARTBEAT. Think we need some size and girth to pair with Grünloh’s lankiness at the 5 spot.

I would take Oswin and then Also Kyle Evans from UC Irvine and red shirt him/also try to figure out if we can get two years left for him after the redshirt instead of 1

edit: I would imagine if Oswin does portal he probably ends up at UConn. Close to his hosts/prep school and he had two of his better games vs UConn.

Adam Oumiddoch to Villanova.

Stanford freshman renegotiated a deal with Stanford as contingency plan for the draft/not portaling.

Juke Harris sharing stories on insta of the wake assistant coaches. He really gonna stay there if he doesn’t get drafted. wild.

Elijah Freeman from Auburn might be portaling. He played his freshman year at D2 so would still have 3 years left. Has huge potential and could be like Ugo in that he needs right environment to thrive. Evan Miya’s stats like him both offensively and defensively (top 250 player). He was someone I believe Odom and staff followed on social media right when they took the job. He also hit the game winner against Kentucky and it would be fun to screw over the Pearls another time.

@Hooandtrue favorite Kam Taylor from UNC Asheville also added to the list.

Saw that Tyler Lundblade is entering the portal. Could argue he has 2 years left instead of 1 (1 is obvious, no games played past November, the other one has 9 games in total but one of those being all the way in march but barely player in any of those games cmon now)

Jacari replacement? Dallas Texas kid

What’s the market for Dior Johnson going to look like? Not in the portal yet but seems like an obvious candidate to jump back to P5 with the season and slashes he had.

Falslev fallback option?

Have to imagine he’ll follow to KSU?

Oswin is closer to Luke Bamgboye than either of our current centers. Can’t shoot as well as Grünloh and doesn’t really have a back to the basket game like Ugo but he’s huge and athletic, good shot blocker / dunker

Vaaks from @JoeBoxley 2nd favorite team, providence, may be a good option for us. Proven P5 commodity who is euro.

Vaaks is nasty. One of the prettiest jumpers I’ve seen from a pure aesthetics standpoint

Having admittedly not watched the Friars this year his stats pop to me. And he’s 6’7” and again euro so cap circumvention. Someone who talks to Griff put a bug in his ear on this one please

Wont the off the court stuff limit his options?

Seems like he’s kept it together at Tarleton State this year. I mean Nate Oats won’t mind the off the court stuff but should be an interesting spring for Dior. 52/54/85 with 24ppg might be enough to get him some really good looks if he gets some good character reviews from staffs or those in the know about this season.
