As mentioned above, Savino with his first start/appearance of the year. Would expect him to be on a pitch count so should still be a staff day.
Also got a pretty significant lineup shakeup. Ference moves up to 2nd, Didawick and Ford swap places, and Stephan down to 7th. Not mad at it.

Of all the baseball games we’ve played over the years, that was definitely one of them lol.
Bats were dormant for six innings but came around at the end thankfully. Pitching staff held down a subpar ODU lineup for the 2nd time this season, they haven’t scored a run against us in 18 innings so far. Would be good to carry that momentum into the weekend though, UNC can really hit.
