I think it speaks a lot to the culture that not only are guys staying, but guys are trying to get waivers to get an extra year to stick around and play.
If thereās that much buy in for guys already in the program, you figure thereās potential recruits somewhere that that message resonates with them too. Would really help if that manifested itself pretty soon.
Culture isnāt helping the game day coaching, pre game prep and player skill development so much though.

Thatās a solid get. Havenāt done a any research into him but like @Stylesmajor said the recruiting services rank him well realistically thatās about the level they should be aiming for.

I feel like the optimistic outlook for coach Tony is along the Mike Tomlin pathā¦ players love playing for him, but there are constantly coaching choices that drive fans up a wall. I donāt know if Tomlin started off with winning records, but if TE gets them to ~7 wins a year through culture to build his coreā¦
Iāve felt for a while, whether through the tragedy or just his leadership, that the players are bought inā¦ seems like a core piece is electing to come back daily, AC and Kam out recruitingā¦ the transfers mostly so far have been players who have been passed over for playing time. Clark as the biggest exception as he is younger.
Of course if someone like Fields jumps ship, thatād flip this all a bit. Dunno if thereās actual rumors there or just general hand wringing by people on here.
