Following up on a couple of the posts, in his Q&A with TheSabre, Lo Davis said that employees of the University and the VAF can fundraise for NIL/Cav Futures, but they canā€™t ask for a specific sport, although I believe donors can specify what sport they are giving to. Perhaps that is where some of the confusion is coming from.

canā€™t specify on the website, thereā€™s no memo field or selection opportunity. I donā€™t want to give to womenā€™s rowing, fans want to give just to football so we can stop the november embarrassments

Definitely not what I anticipated. Expected a mass exodus by anyone who could find a home. But, you know, these kids have shown a lot of quality for several years. Letā€™s give TE some of the credit for that.

This will be his sixth year. But technically has two years left because he would be able to use 2021 (when he didnā€™t play a snap) as a redshirt or medical hardship year.
