Since this is the second best team we have played all year Elijah will play.

I maintain Tony has a plan for him, but it baffles me how he doesnt play against ordinary teams in ACC but plays 19 minutes against UNC, and quite literally changed the complexion of the game

I cannot wait to win in Cameron today

That means weā€™re down double digits early?

We will either win by 2 or lose by 20.

We have Reece!! So win by 2, yes

OK, so down by 12 after 10 minutes and Eli comes in and helps us win by two?

Betting strategy for this team pretty clear.

In away games the opponent margin of victory 11+ and Hoos money line. Only come away with a few bucks bc of the hedge but has worked for me a bunch this season. Wild.

The JA finger game was in 2015. But yeah that was a really cool one, they did a panoramic shot of JPJ and then sold it for a few years as the display portraitā€¦ we were sitting in that narrow section above the students so super easy to spot in the crowd shot. My wife was in 114 and the angle of the camera just barely framed her out , caught the person she was sitting with but not her :joy:

I have it framed and hung itā€™s pretty cool same with the final 4 panoramic although itā€™s much harder to find myself in that one

We were also at your first 2. Sat behind the basket about 15 rows up for each. Great times and the ā€˜16 game was nice because we could just kind of happily watch UNC Providence after.

One of my favorite wins that Iā€™ve attended was in College Park the year after we lost to UMBC. Crowd was hostile and I was sitting in a heavy UMD section that was dogging me and my friends the whole game. Were especially mean to Guy who just lit them up that game and we won comfortably. Was so fun. After too many drinks we started giving it back to the crowd and they were surprisingly good natured about it. Hindsight probably shouldā€™ve taken it easy in that environment given that fanbases history

Was there too. Loved it. Tough performance from Kyle down the stretch.

Itā€™s weirdā€¦Iā€™ve been to 2 UVa/UM games in College Park for basketball, and never had one problem.

Footballā€¦letā€™s just say one trip was enough. Never again.

Dre put Bruno Fernando on a poster that game, right?

I actually developed a system for this board just like that. This will probably come as no surprise to anybody, but my predictions are consistently the best and itā€™s really not close.

@BDragon has the firiest score

@haney has the lowest total score at 0.

Feels about right to me

Trying to stay out of the game thread for my sanity, but I do think we should drop the NIL bags for a couple talented transfers.

Also, itā€™s hard to say given the defensive game RD brings, but we will be so much better off offensively when he goes pro so I am okay with him going after this season.

Donā€™t play Harris, and I honestly donā€™t think it would be a bad idea if Rohde transfers back down. I donā€™t intend that to be mean ā€“ and I do not doubt he gives it his all and practices hard ā€“ but his college career may be more enjoyable for him. I know a lot of people donā€™t want to give up on him, but I have significant doubts.

There are ways we can be competitive next season, but I think we need to bring in a couple hugh-quality transfers and let the young guys play. I get frustrated watching talented freshmen play in other programs while our young guys sit out year after year. We need a mixture, imo.

Dropping bags would be great, but you have to have players that will fit the system, commit to defense, and recognize they wonā€™t get to show out on offense. It is increasingly hard to find players like that.
