CP3 is gonna go to LA and play with Lebron and Melo. Banana boat.

Going to be awkward when Lebron throws his midseason tantrum and gets at least Melo traded.

Edit: But in reality he is re-signing with the Suns for more money and years.

Hmmm… LA has Westbrook… thought that Melo was out of the league? As for CP…resigning with the suns for more years and money is interesting… I assume that would be less than 44M per year but something like a 3 year deal for 70M… that would be something… no need to be greedy and all… 70M is some nice walk around money…

Melo played for the Blazers last year. It’s been heavily reported that he will take the minimum salary to win a championship with his buddy.

Apparently the CP3 rumor is 3 years for $90 mil. Crazy.

That’s some walk around money… that last year having to pay $30M to a 39yo guard…

CP3 turned the Suns around. I do think the Suns are getting a bit of Fool’s Gold however. Similar to how the Heat caught lightning in a bottle in the bubble and made it to the finals. The Suns did a similar thing. The West kinda fell a\part around them late in the season and into the playoffs. The Lakers were banged up, Murray blowing out his achilleas Kwahi blowing out a knee. Helped pave the path for the Suns. That said the Suns absolutely need his play and leadership but they need him at a cheaper price so they can sign some other talent. You’re not winning a championship with Jae Crowder as your 3rd go-to option and first option when your stars are bottled up

Here is a nice video with Trey and the New Orleans Pelicans media.

I hate thinking Nico Mannion is in the way.

Another reporter tweeted that Kyle will be in Vegas for the Warriors, not the California Classic, so maybe this was a bit premature.

I like Nico’s game a lot. Still think GS could be a good spot. They’ll rotate through a ton of guys in that backcourt and have shown they aren’t afraid to use young players. Can’t imagine Klay is set to go 100% all the time and Steph will need rest. Plus when Kyle gets a shot the Warriors are far more used to setting up a player with his skill set for success than most teams in the league so he should have a better chance to maximize his opportunities.

Golden State remembers those game winners and 30 point games that Kyle has had against them over the past two years lol.

  • a couple of those games were in the gleague.

I’m glad they recognize Kyle as a player.

This this roster is most accurate (confirming that Kyle won’t be at the Cali Classic). Just on the summer league roster alone, Kyle’s probably behind Jordan Poole, Moses Moody, and Mychal Mulder in depth chart. Although, Mulder and Poole probably won’t play much Summer League.

Wondering if GSW is just a good landing spot for stability with his son being born. Santa Cruz (GSW’s G-League team) is only 2 hours from Stockton. Can’t remember if they bought a house or not.
