Really itās only Blake, Minor, and Dunn who are terrible free throw shooters. (Unfortunately they took 8 of our 11 today.) Reece is good, Jake is fine, Isaac is excellent. Dante and Rohde have small sample but were good at their previous stops. Taine has small career sample but is probably fine to good.
But Blake, Minor, and Dunn are all around 50%. That wonāt change over the next three weeks, so it is what it is.

Reeceās free throw percentage goes way down the last 2 minutes of a game. Could be fatigue as I know he is a clutch player.

Phew. That was close. But a win over a very high level team nonetheless.
Obviously we were very well locked in defensively, but one thing I havenāt seen mentioned much is I really thought Isaac had a great game on that side of the ball. His ability to check Boopie Miller allowed Reece to lock up Sallis for much of the game, holding him multiple scores off his average. Once again, our dynamic duo carried us to a hard fought victory.
Monday night is going to be interesting. After an absolute slugfest, I wouldnāt be surprised to see guys with tired legs on the road with just a days rest. iMac played 36 minutes today. Iām hopeful that Jake, Taine and Jordan Minor can help burden the load next time out as all three played under 20 minutes today. Jordan had his best game of the season for us when tech came to JPJ, getting 16 points and manhandling efficiency superstar Kidd. Winning today bought us some space, but beating tech is always nice.

Anyway, am I the only one freaking out about how bad weāve looked on offense past two gamesā¦ā¦at home. Shooting has been poop.

I wouldnāt mind seeing X if heās on the court with Reece. Reece X iMac Groves with whichever of the 2 centers or Dunn could work some.
We did shoot 50% against Pittā¦just not great from 3.
