Moral of this game: I would MUCH rather us lose because IMac was aggressive but cold from 3 than lose because IMac just wouldnât let it fly from the perimeter.
We need IMac to play with this level of confidence every damn time. I donât care if he starts out hot or not, shoot the ball when youâve got an opening and see what happens.
Another good winâŚstill lots to work onâŚwished we could find more minutes for Gertrude and BuchananâŚwished rohde could get us a few more buckets a gameâŚRDs FTsâŚyikes
Maybe serious thought unless itâs a bad idea / doesnât work: back up to get a little space. Heâs got good range. Doesnât need to be right at the line.
Itâs so frustrating because what prevented Jordan from playing was his inability to hedge and recover and work within the packline.
And it turns out we are best when not doing those things/the adjustment and turning point is us hard hedging less and going flat, switching, and just playing man straight up. idifjslkdjfhjsfghdf
And McKneely jsut realizing: Hey I shouldnât hesitate and should just start jacking.
Iâm not slinging the âThings finally clicked for Minor to make him playableâ narrative. Itâs more, Tony had to compromise on his system and backed into allowing Minor to play.
Much more âconnectedâ with Minor on the floor. Blake is young, but so not ready either physically or mentally.
Small nitpick but I miss when the highlights featured our radio broadcast and some views from the sideline instead of just reusing the ESPN feed. Probably much easier for them to get these up quickly, but when the ACC Network is already doing fairly comprehensive highlights on their own Youtube channel it becomes redundant.
