Right on the edge of the +16.5
Great close out by our Duke guy!
Good teams lose, GREAT teams cover.
Taine lets us beat the spread!
Easy money
Well they covered. Ha
Had Louisville -16.5 hahaha kill meeee
I honestly believe he would rather stand still at 30 ft and shoot than sprint around back to back to back screens. Kinda been his thing his entire time hereā¦
I remember saying this in a postgame show last season. Was critical of his effort hustling around screens to get open at halftime of a game. Post game show I said well if youāre not going to fly around I guess being able to shoot from 30 ft is a good answer. Think it was the game at Georgia tech.
Putting Taine and TJ in for the last minute was bad. Bad for them and their confidence. Bad decision in so many ways.
As someone that got put into those games in those situations, I can tell you it sucks. The players donāt want to go in, and all it does is erode your confidence.
Iām all for putting the walk onās in in that situation, but not the guys who could be, and should be playing
Gotta make Scott Van Peltās bad beats.
Well you earned itā¦
Explain.
Cause it lumps them with walk ons in garbage minutes. Total mental Fing for them
Welcome to the green team!
I have dozens of complaints about coaching this season. One of them is the lack of belief in McKneely to do more. I get itā¦they donāt like him with the ball in his hands. If you had better options, totally on board. But itās wild that they havenāt tried putting the ball in his hands more, using his gravity (did I use that right) in ball screens etc. trying to get him into a rhythm instead of running/standing for long stretches and only touching the ball briefly.
Bet wherever he is next year, even here, youāll see him with the ball in hands so much more.
Offense is bad. But Iām gonna target his effort as well. Its been poor.
Its tough things didnt go the way he wanted I get it. But halfassing his way around the court doesnt do anyone any good including himself.
Disappointing
A-Rob +4 in 14 minutes. Good effort.
Mostly just keeping the deficit at 15 or so but still⦠itās something
Power has been part of the mop up minute crew all season long. Looks like Sharma has moved past Taine the last couple of games to escape mop up minute duty.
No clue why he took Sharma out after the routine foul actually hustling to the floor for loose ball
Ron hates when we fight for loose balls.
