Coaching til 12:30 so won’t be able to get there very early.

What are tickets going for? I am going to WF the next weekend but might try to work this one in. I have to be back in CLT that night, noon game would’ve been easier to work in.

Just checked and the only tix available are 300 level. I will see if anything is being sold elsewhere.

Cugino Forno is a solid pizza spot in a renovated area of downtown. Has a brewery right next door with shared outdoor seating.

P.B.'s Hot dogs for a cheap quick take on a southern dog.

Real Q’s bbq on Country Club is real deal Lexington Style Bbq, may still be a cash only place.

Sweet Potatoes is a more upscale soul restaurant.

They have a highly rated hot chicken place that I haven’t tried yet, Slappy’s.

Tix are $35 Low end right now - but going fast.
I’m waiting on word from an nc state buddy to see if they can get better

I’ve eat in quite a few places in Winston and nothing has ever beat the K & W Cafeteria. Inexpensive and delicious

Man My Godfather took me there when I visited Wake. He went to school there and I have not forgotten that meal in over 20 yrs

I haven’t either. My dad loved it. Ate there often. Good food and plenty of it

Was a grad student at Wake before I enrolled at UVA. I pretty much lived on K & W food. Could create a thread on 10 best meals at K & W.
