The best comp for Gardner at the college level recently, at least at the offensive end and on the glass, is Grant Williams.
Williams is probably a slightly better athlete, and he was an underrated defender as well.
But in terms of offensive repertoire, Williams is a better comp for Gardner than any former UVa player.
