If weâre judging both teams by the whole year, Tennessee has been swept by a mediocre Kentucky team, and they lost to Syracuse. Miami has brought in a whole new team and new coach, just like Virginia. Theyâre clicking at the right time. Theyâll be dangerous if they stay healthy. They donât have a ton of depth.
Iâm super excited about this game. I lived in the moment and loved every bit today (except when the starting lineup was out there). But I can still think about the tournament too. I donât feel like this is a crazy take.
Sorry if Iâm offending everyone!
Even when you âenjoyâ it, you still canât help taking jabs at the starting lineup and/or Dallin, despite the fact that weâre 24-3 with that starting lineup and despite the fact that Dallin leads the ACC in A/TO ratio.
He sleep walks at times and wasnât up to the challenge of defending Haralsson(?).
GrĂźnloh with a better on/off than Onyenso for a third straight game. He read the boards.
Suddenly everywhere has the equipment to make these fancy smoked Old Fashioneds. Last few months its become a thing. CTB is riding the trend.
Also shoutout Thijs for playing 36:00!! Thatâs gotta be the most anyone has played in a regulation game for us this year. I guess Odom agreed that we couldnât afford 15 minutes of Lewis at the 4
First time these words have ever been uttered
Yes because I think he is a mediocre player and Chance should be playing significantly more minutes than him (which heâs not). Am I not allowed to share that opinion? If Iâm not just let me know
Chance is a top 50 player in the country (not freshmen), and I think we need to take more advantage of that with the talent on this team
miami feels a bit underrated
I personally believe the SEC has gotten progressively worse as the year has gone on besides Florida

Youâre allowed to have whatever opinion you want, even though itâs not really founded on anything substantial, and itâs incorrect haha.

Your opinion is not the annoying part. You restating your opinion in slightly different ways 37 times every game is the annoying part.
Dallin leads the team in minutes played and leads the entire conference in A/TO. You canât be mediocre and lead the ACC in A/TO ratio. Thatâs not opinion, thatâs a fact. Since the UVA coaching staff, the guys on Field of 68, and Cuts all seem to think very highly of him, maybe just accept the fact that youâre either A) wrong, B) not looking at it through the proper lens, or C) just being obtuse. Or some combo of those three.
Thereâs also a billion data points showing our best lineups contain him! His value is harder to quantify than some players, but heâs clearly additive to the team.
Sometimes itâs more complicated than box scores!
I respect your opinion. I think itâs wrong and I pray itâs wrong, but I donât think my opinion is unfounded. Look at all the teams that have had success in the tournament the past few years. They have dynamic scoring point guards. We have one, but he does not play as much as he should and I think thatâs a problem. I guess weâll see who is right in a few weeks! I am praying that you are! Happy to eat crow!
Multiple times. Dudes was in chances ear before that too. TDR slapped him on his back. It was great.
It doesnât matter where the points come from as long as they come from somewhere. The team is full of scorers. Hall is the facilitator.
We had 6 guys score in double figures today. Hall doesnât need to be a scorer.
Radio guys asked Chance about that postgame. Chance is completely chill, âYeah theyâre just trying to get in my head, itâs part of the game.â Heâs unflappable.
Heâs Temu Richard Morgan
Damn I wish I saw TDR do that. Washington is a clown
Couple really good results for UVA today in Cinci @ Kansas and FSU @ Clemson. @ FSU might sneak into Q1, Clemson now 3 games behind UVA in the loss column, and UVA could jump Kansas in seeding. Also Vandy losing to Tennessee knocks them clearly off the 4 line.
