Media timeouts so I can watch the same dumb ESPN placeholder screen over and over.

These guys are bums. Norfolk State are also bums.

They played ODU well for most of the game. They could have a decent season at their level

Are we gonna lose?

Teams always play down to other levels. I’m sure we’re mixing in our 2-3 deep while trying new packages. I wouldn’t overreact with the game

I’ve been out of commission for a few days. But I liked how the first half started. After barely throwing the first game all we did was throw. Flipped the tape and showed the other dimensions of our offense. Defense has been a little slower but I’ll let that slide with trying to work guys back in.

What I don’t like has been a carry over type of thing from last year… we just don’t step on people throats. I admire Elliott for not running the score up, but there’s also no reason we shouldn’t have atleast 10 more points on the board. Just like last year it’s a fun problem, great to build the leads annoying to not extend them much. I will say that last short time drive felt like we realized we needed another score and locked in and got it. It’ll be interesting to see how we look when matched up with a level-ish opponent, although that may still be a few weeks…

2nd QT wasnt good. Offense especially the oline lost focus for a couple series. Good to see things settle in the 3min and the zone and dive plays let the oline get back to what engages them

I’m sure Beau is QB1 for reasons but damn. Eli can spin that ball better it seems.

100% agree. I think guys are trying to loosen up after a week one bye. I’m sure that messed with some of them.

Yup Beau can do some other things but Eli can spin it

Didn’t realize we were playing a bunch of dog murderers.

We’ll go through two games and not have shown WVU anything. We haven’t mixed plays on any drive this year, it seems.

But Bettridge is now UVa’s career leader in points.

Love that Des has shown a playbook the size of a phonebook so far this year. Tons of sets ideas etc

Then have the zone in the back pocket.

I’ll admit the gameplan tonight caught me off guard.

So who’s our best running back? So many to choose from…

So was that punt the best individual play of the night?
