You sure it wasn’t Buchanan? And you didn’t have your contacts in? And it was actually 5 points and 5 fouls?
PBP- Jon Meterparel
Color - Malcolm Huckaby
Hopefully actually in the Joyce Center
- Blowout win
- Pull away late 2nd half win
- Down to last few possessions win
- Heartbreaking loss. Complete agony
- Blowout loss… 0_0
Need someone to tell me why I shouldn’t be worried about this one but I just have no idea what to expect from this team night in and night out
I voted close game that we pull away in the 2nd half.
They will come out with more energy than us, home game, desperate for a win, and they have a special 547 (area code) event for game day so crowd might be present too.
Our energy just hasn’t been there the last 3 games. Even in the Wisconsin and Memphis games we actually fought and got it close in the 2nd half around the 12 minute mark and then just collapse.
64-57 Hoos.
Is there a reason people are skeptical about a trip to South Bend where the freaking Citadel just left with a 20 point win? Maybe I’m being naive and a homer, but I look at this game and see the Irish could struggle to break 40.
I needed this. Thank you lol.
Really do feel like they’ll have a very tough time scoring
I think we will know pretty early. If we can get up 12-5 early they’ll roll over. But if they hit a few threes and we look sluggish then it’s gonna get interesting
Reece is going to show poise and dominate.
Notre Dame is bad. Notre Dame will also be an entirely different team vs us. Playing amped up/not overlooking etc. etc. It’s like saying since Villanova clowned Memphis we wont struggle vs them.
We could absolutely blast them. But given how the last 3 games have been, it’s a “Ill see it when I see it”.
We have a very young team. And with that comes inconsistencies.
We struggled against 129 WVU on a neutral and against 171 Northeastern at JPJ. ND is 224, and it’s in their gym. I picked “Pull away” but that’s basically the reason I’m not terribly confident yet.
Uh…we are Virginia.
That’s my thought. Get up early and the Hoos break ND. Give the domers a sniff and it’ll be a dogfight the whole game.
Just gonna say it, Rudy is a bad movie
[Veronica Corningstone voice] and Rudy has bad hair!
I’ll just say it pales in comparison to two other sports movies set in Indiana: Hoosiers and Breaking Away.
Fact terrible movie.
Hoosiers also sucks
Alright BTroll…, I mean @BDragon, should we start a new thread for best sports movies ever?
He’s already started the “Worst Sports Movies” thread.
Thx for checking me I thought I’ve already been down that road before. Don’t want to go onto reruns with my material already.
