I can promise you the margin of difference in the metrics between beating Rider by 34 and beating Rider by 40 is virtually nothing.

Less complicated than that - WAB just cares about opponent strength, game location, and win or loss. Margin of victory of the game doesnāt matter (thereās an indirect impact from opponentās margin of victory in other games, as it informs their strength)

Thatās just not true. Iowa St played an awful schedule 2 years ago but they beat teams by 50plus so they were top 10 in computer numbers. Itās stupid. It really is, but it absolutely matters for your numbers. Letās compare hoW much NCSt jumps vs what happens to us

We won by 34 despite going 8-30 from 3 and 19-34 from the line. Would consider that a great sign, but thatās just me.
Rider isnāt a good team but we asserted our will in the 2nd half, they were helpless on both ends.
