He is very quick. Good player in my opinion. If CTB wants him I want him. Disruptors on defense are highly valued in our system.
I feel like this is a “keep tabs” deal
2023 big man they saw in New England this weekend. From Senegal plays at South Kent (CT). Same background as former Hoo Assane Sene.
The kid won’t play in his first college game for roughly 29 months, but it’s good to know you’ve got him all figured out already. I’m sure he won’t develop at all in that time. LULZ!
I mean take a look at where Reed Sheppard is and where this kid is. The difference is obvious
I gave some reasons why I thought he was a mid-major type talent. What’s your evaluation on why he may develop into an ACC player for a top team like Virginia?
Not sure why you’re so offended by my message board evaluation - I have no bearing on this kids success. I just find individual takes and discussion much more interesting content than the canned “If Tony is interested it’s good enough for me!”. Feel free to block me if you’re not cool with that.
I haven’t even watched any of the kid’s video yet. But I’m certain that you have no idea what he’ll look like 2 1/2 years from now. That’s my evaluation, and you can block me if you’re not cool with that.
And even Tony Bennett isn’t infallible. He’s a better talent evaluator than any of us but he’s not batting 1.000 either. There’s plenty of guys he recruited that didn’t develop. Some came to Virginia and some went elsewhere. Just because he offered a scholarship to Jared Reuter or Sasha Jones didn’t mean they were destined to be ACC level players.

Correct! But if I did have to bet, he’ll still be rocking the headband.
