If this team could just not sabotage themselves in the second half, we can walk away with this. We’ve got 251 yards in offense vs. their 83 yards. This shouldn’t be close.

Last time we scored a big TD right before the half, we had a complete meltdown afterward. If I’m the coach, my thinking is, this time, we should NOT do that.

The scores of our last 5 games going into halftime:
- 17-14 JMU
- Tied at 14 with MD
- 14-7 NCST
- 21-7 UVA
- 20-13 UVA
All of these were/are winnable games, but then in the 2nd half or in some cases strictly the 4th quarter we’ve completely shit the bed. Need to establish how to actually close out a football game in a non-bed shitting manner, shouldn’t be this much of a problem but it is.

Btw, thank you refs for that 10 to 14 point swing in our favor. I do think it was reasonable for the ruling on the field to stand, but that was probably not a fumble.

Oh. 4 of remaining 6 games are vs ranked opponents. Just GT and VT left as games they won’t be massive underdogs in.

I think we win today because even with UVA miscues, William and Mary is just too one dimensional. Very bad throw game.

I do too but honestly wouldn’t be surprised with either result. Every time I’ve thought we’ve reached a new low, this program has found a way to surprise me in disturbing ways.
