Chance, Dai Dai, and Dante Harris would be great soccer soccer players if they grew up elsewhere in the world besides the US of A. Also- Ty Jerome would be the greatest Goalie of all time if he grew up in Germany.

Interesting tidbit that Gio was the one warming up hard while Adams was down. Guess the plan is Gio would come in higher up the field and either Mckinnie or Tillman takes Adams’s spot rather than Berhalter just subbing for Adams. Makes sense for an opponent against which we expect to control possession

The best way to play with a 1-0 lead is to look to make it a 2-0 lead, especially when we have the run of things.

In my extensive experience reffing soccer (adult rec league 2 decades ago), it seems like the refs have let this game be pretty rough since the start. That red card seemed like incidental contact - while falling down - vs. malicious. #ExpertOpinion
