2020-2021 Basketball Preseason

Reece is gonna be really good And may surprise us in competing with Kihei

I haven’t seen Reece but would love to see him push Kihei.

Will be interesting to see how Kihei transitions to this year. His role should be somewhere in between his first and second year. Definitely don’t need him to try and be a play-maker like last year, but he’s still a leader.

@DFresh11 do you think we’ll see them together pretty often? TB likes having two point guards out there.

Woah fresh that’s quite the take. Think the question regarding his role will be can Reece hang on d. Sounds like he’s still razor thin, gonna be tough to play him alongside Kihei if he struggles guarding bigger combo guards

We do need him to be a playmaker when teams extend their defense due to Woldo, Hauser, Huff, and hopefully at least one other’s 3 point shooting. Kihei and Casey should be able to drive, penetrate, and create.

Upon seeing it, I thought the ones it might really benefit would be rotational players short of enough credits to graduate. That is IF the school would let them keep their scholarship another year. Given what covid-19 has done to balance sheets, I have a suspicion that it might be kind of rare. Of course, at 22 or 23, a lot of these kids will want to get on with their lives.

I refer you to Kyle Guys first year…he was what 185 maybe…he got plenty of burn that year…

Unfortunately he still isn’t 185. If he was he’d get more run in the NBA.

From very far away I think Reece will compete with Kihei offensively. D is another story and we know who likes D

Ohh damn…I though for sure he was in the 190 plus range now…his listed weight is 175…Reece is listed at 174…

168 at the NBA draft combine last year.

Might be more demand for him in Asia, especially the Philippines. Not sure how that league pays though.

Number is wrong though, he’s listed with #1 on the roster.

Outside of injury - it’s a lock … apparently y’all just haven’t seen Hauser play … and had to play with 2 of the biggest ball hogs in the Big East. He won’t have that issue with Clark and Beekman.
Hauser will finish top 3 in ACC Player of the Year voting

Hmmmm. Based on what? Imma say Jay and Casey
