I think it’s a bad and arbitrary decision by the NCAA. And it’s terrible for him.
But the way UNC has been treating the
situation is a little wild. Wearing stickers with his number on their helmets? Cmon guys. He’s still with us. He’s right there on the sideline.

Yeah. Not to get off-track, but that’s also it for Bitcoin being sky-high and investment firms gobbling up residential real estate. Rising interest rates has surprisingly little impact on actual homeowners’ demand for real estate, demographics swamps everything for that. But for investors its a problem.

You’re right living through that right now as we just purchased some more property and are working to sell another piece ahead of building on a third piece. It all comes down to demographics and location. Two markets separated by just a few miles tell two very different stories.
