Sort of feel like heās put himself in a spot where he has to accept the Gtwon job or else returning to Providence is going to be really awkward. Feel for him as he seemed to want to be genuine and authentic in this process, but he and everyone else are seeing why thatās generally not done.

A general life heuristic is that you can feel free to question the āstandardā way of doing just about anything, but you will mostly end up back at it for the same reasons most people do.
Yes, this negotiation and drama should mostly stay internal and fans get mad when itās not and they lose.

$2 million would absolutely get you a townhome in Georgetown. If he wants a mansion next to Bezos or the Obamaās he will need to up his budget

That is half the size of his house in RI. You might want to check across the river for comparables with 4R/6ba and 5K sq feet.
