I think it is kinda not close Box. NBA level athletes. Whether they become NBA players remains to be seen.

But I think the teams you are talking about were kinda athletic but strong guys and more refined if that makes sense. This team is raw and athletic
I think you hit the nail on the head with “raw”. Those earlier TB teams played within his system, but the athleticism was there. They were completely bought in, the chemistry between them was unreal.
Underrated aspect of our elite defenses was the level of communication. You could hear Akil, Darion, and Zay from the upper level. Didn’t even need to watch you could just listen. Do we have anyone ready to fill that role this year?
We’re probably quicker on the perimeter than any other team in the past, but we played above the rim, blocking shots, dunking, and running whenever the opportunity presented itself with those earlier teams.
