Someone tells you right now the line for UVA W&M is UVA -10. Do you take that? (spelled out because even after following sports my stupid brain sometimes confuses lines).

I did too. Still think we are bad (and on the extreme we should change coaches asap train) but I think we beat up a little on W&M. Their qb is a horrible thrower/very run game dependent. And they are fcs sized.
JMU without the rain delay and not going down 14-0 early is my thinking

I’m gonna guess the line is less than that…-7.5 or something. Hoos roll.
10’s a big number but like I said in my Football Preview, I feel like this team is due for a breakout. There’s been plenty of moments where one more block, or a slightly better pass lands , or no dumb penalty, and the game swings a different way.
W&M is the type of game where the Hoos should have the ability to make those plays and once the flood gates open I think it floods out.

I just looked and Bill Connelly’s SP+ for ESPN has UVA by 4.6. A little tighter than I was expecting (hoping?).
