I think Taylorās on the hot seat, so if they donāt make the playoffs, he and the rest of the staff might be fired which would make Al very available for us.
On the other hand, apparently Golden never moved to South Bend. He kept his Cincinnati area house and has 3 high school aged kids. If Scott Satterfield doesnāt show any progress in year 3, Goldenās probably on top of UCās target list and he wouldnāt even have to consider moving.

All that makes sense. Golden left Cinci for ND in the first place so not too surprising heād return there and potentially look at long term roots in the Ohio Northern Ky area.
I know nothing about this situation (including whether Golden would have interest in UVa or vice versa), but just from Wikipedia research, it looks like the fam was just in Cincinnati when the music stopped (so to speak). He was there when HS started and the fam decided not to uproot the kids again.
Now perhaps that means they really want to make Cincinnati home or perhaps it just means that once HS is over in a few years theyāll be happy to move for jobs again. 
Golden is from NJ, school in PA, and wife seems to be from PA. Thereās no obvious link to the Cincinnati area.
Cincinnati and Pennsylvania are both in Ohio Iām pretty sure.

Iād think theyāll go hard after Sumrall first. Another name I could see them going after but not sure heād be interestedā Brian Hartline. His brother went to UK and heās due for a big job. There were reports he was interested in WVU, and I think you might rather have Kentucky than WVU.

Yeah I donāt get why he couldnāt wait for a HC job as the main DCā¦ feels like thereās more of a reason he hasnāt gotten any form of promotion. And I mean that respectfully, love Dex. Just calling what I seeā¦
