I donāt disagree with your conclusion, but it would be funny to keep a rotation tight- a rotation that is getting drilled by any team that is half athletic.
We have been outscored by 47 in the second half of our 3 losses. Brutal.

I feel like Ron should be in throw stuff at the wall and see what sticks mode, I would think Bliss is a reasonable thing to throw at the wall.

Me too. Itās still early, and weāve pretty much blown our tourney chances. So throw Bliss in there agains their backup PG. Iām hopeful our offense looks good today against a meh defense. Weāve gotten dog walked by 3 really good teams on the road, but SMU is more equivalent to Villanova

This is right around the time in a season when I think locker room issues could be a threat. I can very easily imagine guys starting to feel like āI signed up to play for a hall of fame coach who sold me a vision of competing for the post season and building towards something big next year. Heās gone and this is all blowing up next year anyway, plus weāre losing. This isnāt what I signed up for.ā
Have to hope guys instead kind of rally around each other and that the staff can stay on top of that. But will be interesting to watch the teamās demeanor. Would be very easy for things to start to unravel a little instead of making progress.

I could see that happening. But I think self-interest will incentive players, playing for transfer options and NIL.

Expect to keep 2 starters-worth of minutes off the entire squad (at most). Sets expectations appropriately and at least that way you get a little game out of it.
Except our entire philosophy rejects hero ball, so anyone pushing that line will sit most likely. Itās a problem that has me worried too.

Agreed. Mostly because that would mean the team will have improved a fair degree over the course of the season. We are in the 80-100 range in metrics now - weād have to get up into the 50s at minimum.
