My thought/hope was that he was goi g to take this year off, travel a bit, decompress, go the beach etc. And *study a new offense, defense strategy in order to return with a vengeance to take back over the team next year.

I think Dick Bennett at least partially took the WSU job to set Tony up, and everyone was kinda surprised Tony went into coaching at all. I’m doubtful Tony coaches again.

TB’s next job if he coaches again will be D3 Wisconsin-Hyphenated. And I do think it’s a real possibility.

In an amusing turn, I’m told my dad (a University of Redlands alum, DIII with an interesting hoops history) has, as he said he would, pestered the powers that be there about approaching CTB. I’d… um… be surprised if it went anywhere, but I think its funny.
