Glad this worked out for everyone. From everything I’ve ever read Dante is a serious student so happy he will be able to get the UVA degree after working hard at two good schools for 3.5 years.
Not worried about any temptation to play Dante, outside of a rash of injuries, with Ames, Warley, and Bliss all on the roster
We now have like 4-5 guys who can play point. Even as a pessimist I feel like Dante is out in that rotation. Still, love him coming back. Great guy to have for the culture, and great guy to practice against.
On one hand, you have Tony playing him ~15 mpg even though he was ineffective (and apparently injured) and one of the worst players in P6. And playing him next to Reece even though even us idiots knew that was bonkers.
On the other hand, you have Tony bringing in other PGs and apparently taking away Dante’s scholly.
So it seems there’s evidence going both ways. We shall see.
