Dino getting fired earlier in the season puts Beck in a better position to be hired as far as timing. Think by the time Bronco retired, most of the new hires had already made staff hires or didn’t have Beck in their radars.
Next year if Cuse isn’t on track to save Dino’s job, Beck’s on the market, at least informally, by early November. HC candidates can feel him out informally to gauge interest and could name him in interviews as a potential staffer.

Could also have handshake agreements done and TR just doesn’t want to leak names to reporters yet as to not be a distraction to their current players.

Have we heard anything about Billy Kemp? I’d guess the only reason he wouldn’t use his covid year would be his concussion history.
Likely to return. He said he was playing college ball next year but didn’t specify coming back to UVA.
