What the heck happened? Never seen or heard of a double ankle roll
He hurt himself. He’ll be fine.
Only time I’ve heard of anything similar was when Su ruptured both knees against Tennessee(football).
Dam. I used to hoop with his dad back in the day
Love Cormacs game but not his dad’s
Think it was less severe than it looked. But he rolled both ankles in the moment. Never seen that before lol.
Or that’s what they want us to think. Probably don’t want to be very clear given they play tomorrow. Sure looked like he was in significant pain.
lol even VT’s bigs have post games
But they literally play no defense.
lol. I am on the cusp of elevating the Mountain West to power conference status, while demoting the ACC.
You shouldn’t be jealous about anything Tech has this year that team is about as NIT bound as it gets. I don’t buy Lynn Kidd yet
(Ok maybe I’m jealous of Cattoor’s shooting because that’s what I want Rohde to be with better ball handles and passing)
I just would like a big that can catch the ball in the post, make a move, and score.
I’m fully convinced Buchanan could do that if given the chance or if we ever passed the freaking ball into the post. So weird it’s just not a part of our offense AT ALL
I dare anyone to name a worse defender than Sean Pedulla. He gets cooked over and over and over again anytime I watch Tech.
He also played 38 mins in their other P5 game and hasn’t taken a breather this entire game. Young is just going to run him into the ground
And can we really count UCF since they’ve been P5 for like 10 minutes?
They also self declared football National Champions in like 2018?
Which is still closer than Tech has had ![]()
Still early but looks like KenPom has the ACC as about the same level as 21/22. Noticeably better than last year (and not below the Mountain West again) but still lagging behind the SEC, Big 12, B1G, and Big East.
One difference is the PAC 12 is more competitive this year so the ACC is still ranked 6th. In in 21/22 the PAC was about as bad as the ACC last season
The easiest way for the conference to improve its average is for the bottom third to work their way up to mediocrity. Which is why BC can’t be losing to Loyola-Chicago. But we’ve had fewer of those losses this year. Baby steps.
