Hoos Going Pro 2021-22 NBA Season

Could be only that Zion has made over 100 million dollars already… I assume. And Ralph is in the Hall of Fame and did real things in the NBA

I like Zion and hope we get to see the best of himself

Ty stuck on the bench again in a 115-103 OKC loss.

Nice. Option was for $4.2, a nice raise from this year. That being said, I’m still at a loss how he’ll be used this year. Maybe they know what he brings the team, and they want to give more run in early games to the young guys. I think Josh Giddey will be very good, but IMO Mann and Maledon should be behind Ty when the rotation shakes out.

I’m kinda surprised they used the option on Ty. Just because it’s so unclear they plan to do with him.

Still don’t have any clue why New Orleans is starting Herb Jones over Trey. In ~70 minutes played so far this year, Jones has 8 points and 7 turnovers

Update — in 92 minutes played, Herb Jones has 8 points and 8 turnovers. Lol

That’s definitely a WTF

Brogdon continues to be good, yet the Pacers are 1-3

Crazy that Brogdon, Sabonis, and Turner are all having good seasons thus far and yet they’re still 1-3. Probably doesn’t bode well for the playoff chances. Though they have played some really talented teams so far (Bucks, Heat).

They should have beaten the Hornets as they were up 23. Then they’d be 2-2.

Herb Jones can actually handle the ball Really well and can play defense. Plus not as skinny as Trey but the same height. I thought he was a GReat draft pick…With the scoring of BI, NAW, their big man, they needed some more defense on the floor plus ball handling…

If Trey could develop a handle it will take him far.

Assuming he can stay healthy (fingers crossed), I think Dre will make an All-Defense team this year

He still hasn’t tapped his potential. Dre is something special

Ty’s shot isn’t falling yet this season, but tonight he got some run versus the Lakers and was +28. Helped bring them back from a massive deficit.

Separately, Joe is struggling with his shooting early. Hopefully he gets out of his funk.
