So if Ty keeps playing like this what is Steve Kerr likely to want to do with him? Can they upgrade his two way mid season? Pawn him off? Full contract at end of season?

Had the same thought. It sounds like Kerr is a in on Ty has been since they signed him. I believe the warriors have a roster spot a available but no cap space. I’d imagine they hold on to him through the season and we see a rebuilt warriors nxt yr that could include him.

I have to believe the warriors will offload some of those young prospects this off-season

Yes they have an open full roster spot. Many teams keep one open for late season waivers and roster flexibility. If he keeps this up he could easily be converted so he is playoff eligible.

Isn’t there another two way that’s playing well too? Good to know though

The Villanova guy? Divencenzo?

Yep Anthony Lamb, who we saw in JPJ with Vermont. Ty adds much more flexibility though. Lit us up for 30.

He’s on the roster was a FA signing in the summer.

It’s wild that Jerome is on a two way contract when he’s been playing like a $15 million a year player these last few games. I get it with all the situation and the politics and what not. But he better get a bag this off season.

He will. And proly sooner than we think

Ty’s still getting 4 million or so from his rookie contract from whatever team got the rights and released him. So he’s not eating bologna sandwiches or anything.

Yep he’s in the last year of his guaranteed contract plus he’s getting extra from the Warriors.

So great to see Ty playing finally for a team and a coach that appreciate what he’s able to offer.

NBA is so dependent on opportunity and team fit/ situation for guys like Ty. I have always said he will be in the NBA for a long time. Coaches like Kerr or Pop or whoever know how valuable he is to have on your roster
