STAB was my High Schoolās (Rock Hill) rival. Played them every year in Basketball and Football. Frank Quayle coached STABās football team all 4 years I played against them.

While I imagine every recruitment is unique in its way, so this one might be different, history suggests that Virginia doesnāt fare well in those that linger. In no way I am implying that the staff āmove onā from this one. I am saying that my expectations of success diminish rapidly after the holidays. Also, I would be quite happy to be wrong. Again.
No one is saying you are wrong about the recruitment lingering meaning he wonāt come to UVa. Just your timeline of what lingering means is off. Heās not going to commit before the New Year. Kids and staffs have other priorities this time of year. The beginning of live periods in the spring is when you should be looking for a decision if heās coming to UVA

I think thatās true if weāre pushing for an extended period of time. That isnāt the case here. Weāll be pushing once the season ends.

edit: so scanning the Michigan 247 board, like 95% of their fans prefer Sanderson to stay over Juwan. Didnāt realize Sanderson was there for Beilein too. Also a few of them talked about wanting the Jr in 2026 lol. Not really positive vibes for Howard in Ann Arbor

Pistol Pete did it 3 times and one of those seasons (1968) Elvin Hayes did it too.
