Hauser is listed at 6-8 and is really 6-7. Sam is not a playmaker at all. Basically a taller JJ Redick / Harris type. I think Kon can develop more into a poor man’s Luka in college and TBD in pros. But he’s way more versatile than Harris and Sam offensively.
I think he could absolutely be like Austin Reaves in the pros… or Spencer Dinwiddie, Bogdanovich,

Agree on all but Luka in the pros. Luka is like 6-8 or 9 and uses every bit of his height with incredible skill

Better with the ball and more versatile scorer than Joe. A wing-sized Luka isn’t a bad comp. He’s more athletic than assumed. Solid wing rebounder. He’s a different player than Hauser.

What about Brice Sensabaugh with better defensive instincts as a comp?
Kon is closer to Ty Jerome than Hauser. But there is some hauser mixed in there

Brice Sensabaugh was BOUNCY. But a horrible defender. Kon might clear him in that aspect by a mile lol.

I know this could all be moot anytime now if Kon chooses another school, but if he does come here next year. With who we expect back, where would he fit? Starter? If so who comes off the bench? Any possibility Rohde could play some point so that he IMac and Kon could be on the floor at the same time? Any chance those 3 are on the floor at the same time with Harris/Bliss and a big? Just brainstorming/fantasizing before my hopes are dashed.

And if he comes here, who will transfer out? There will be a lot of talent here but we can’t play everybody. I’m thinking net gain vs gross gain.

Very intriguing question and way way too hard to answer before seeing what to expect from Rhode, Bond, Elijah, Bliss, Dante, etc. I’d be intrigued to see some no PG / no PF lineups. Essentially 4 combo guards and a Center.

40mpg vacated by Reece and a lot of options to fill it. If Dunn returns, I could see some lineups where he is the small ball 5 along with big guards and wings. I don’t really see Blake and Ant combining for 40mpg at the 5.
Correct, Dante has 3, though I’m only betting he uses two of them with us. That last year would be his 6th in college.
