Looking at the Duke fan replies vs everyone else. Duke fans think this is an awesome burn. Everyone else thinks this is pique cringe.
Just a reminder that UVA wins a share of the ACC Regular Season title in 2015-2016 if the Grayson travel is called. Iāll just call it a wash.
But yea them whining about the one call that goes against them is so pathetic. I thought they were less annoying without K but theyāre stepping up to be as equally annoying without them. Props to them.
Gotta fill the void with the chief whiner in retirement. Appreciate the teamwork in Durham.
Did Petty K get a hold of the twitter handle for the day? This is embarrassing⦠I wonder if this will have the longevity of the Auburn ādouble dribbleā bitching.
Everyone just accepted that a foul occurred on that play. Iām biased but I really donāt think Reece fouled the guy. The clock controversy caused everyone to ignore the actual play.
Also dude still had to make his free throws. I get that heās good at them but you canāt just assume youād win. Itās not like they have a portal gun and can go check.
There was no foul.
.
Except Allen really did walk and there wasnāt a foul this year, before time expired or after.
Thatās play is the gift that keeps on giving. Cost them a win, a co-champ and lead to salty dook fans. My favorite kind of dook fan.
THIS
Said in the other thread but a little surprised no love for Armaan as he is having a great season when you think of his multiple 20 point efforts and overall percentages on the best team in the league.
Good call
Whatever is the opposite of Rookie of the Year is the award that Kihei should have received.
BVP is a starter and garnered votes for 6th man of the yearā¦
Lifetime achievement award. Paid for by every other coach in the ACC.
Our last 5 defensive players of the year honorees would be a heck of unit to see playing together:
Beekman
Brogdon
Hunter
Wilkins
Atkins
Congrats to the voters for getting #66 on the ACC defensive RAPM (minutes-weighted) leaderboard on the all-defensive team because he gets a lot of blocks, even though opponents shoot 61.1% at the rim when heās on the floor (compared to 54.9 when he is not).
Kihei All-Defensive team similarly kinda a sham though too. Goes our way sometimes as well as against
Iām not sure JJ Starling would make my top-10 ACC freshmen list, let alone top-5.
Yup. He missed two front-ends in our game. He never saw a ball that came out of his hands go through the rim. And he was blocked at the rim by a 6ā3 point guard on a bad wheel.
He was blocked cleanly by the ACC defensive player of the year, por favorā¼ļø
