I’m not an expert, but that felt like “dunk with his elbows” elevation.

And …… go

Left hand off the dribble. Its crazy how he gets up on jumper and dunks but I dont think hes crazy fast with the ball yet.

But he is a dude that will work on whatever it takes to be great, and I think he will be

Edit: Left hand reiterated

He reminds me a lot of Byron Scott…. Explosive to the basket and elevates crazily on his jumper

Oh wow. You made me see it. And all right handed.

Even you wont remember when Byron came to LA and said he was as good as Magic only that he (Byron) shot better

I lived in LA man. Was in SoCal from1984-2008
Replaced Norm Nixon

So you remember when Byron said he was as good as Magic, just better? ha

Not specifically but man magic on the break with Byron on the right and worthy on the left was crazy … and Cooper on the oops

Damn had no idea this was even an issue. Their music was so chill I figured he was just a mellow dude. If the allegations are true ….

Watching Auburn-UGA and thinking that a lot of our recruiting missed evals the last couple years boil down to the fact that it’s hard to predict physical development from ~16 to ~19. That seems to basically explain McCorkle and Jabri. Morsell is a bit different. His skills just never really got better.

90 percent of the guys arent their full development til
3rd year. agree

I get that and agree, but also just think some strange choices were made. You can’t predict like height change and muscle build up, but you can usually tell if a guy is fast, if a guy has hops, and if his frame can take more muscle. Like you can see the difference between a 16-year-old Justin Anderson and 16-year-old Carson McCorkle pretty clearly. And I’d argue you could see the difference between a young Kyle Guy and Carson McCorkle as well (the former had some wild mix tapes and was in dunk competitions).

All that said, one thing worth remembering is both McCorkle and Jabri had their senior years of high school screwed up by injuries and lost a ton of time.

Yeah, Kyle was a pretty crazy athlete. I think Jabri’s dad being who he is might’ve broken ties if they didn’t know how he’d develop.
