Iā€™ve been hooked since our Kindergarten class met Ralph Sampson while he was walking on campus as a freshman in 1979. This was in the Fall before the hoops season started, and the first time my Dad showed me Ralph on TV, it blew my mind since we had just met him a couple of months earlier.

Among the questions he was asked from our class, ā€œdo you play basketballā€, and ā€œcan you touch the top of the Rotunda when you jumpā€.
