Duke’s super-power, as it were, isn’t so much getting lots of 5-star kids. They’re great at that, but other schools are at least good at it. What sets them (and maybe Kentucky) apart is their ability to land 5-star kids even when it isn’t obvious how they’re going to get playing time.
Big news for NCSU ..
Let’s go Peay! Let’s go Peay!
Just waiting on DeMarr Langford now to complete my contacted transfers and destinations list.

Primo Spears from Georgetown to FSU.
Good choice based on his name.
He does address in a flawed way the question FSU has of “who is going to take the shots next season?” with Mills and Cleveland gone.
Sounds like kansas won the Hunter Dickinson bidding war but Maryland/Nova making one last push.
Also saw a tweet from Ant Wright talking about how Kentucjys NIL is nowhere near Arkansas money. If you ever bought Tyson chicken products i blame you for Arkansas’ free agency approach

Only buy purdue chicken …
Edit: I always confuse Perdue and Purdue, I think all that chicken money goes to the state of Md.
Was he likely a Purdue lean the whole time, or was it 50/50 with us, and taking Robinson closed that door?
Maybe we wouldn’t have gotten him anyway, but the timing seems interesting.
Purdue was the early favorite for both him and travis perry
This. I think with still having Getter on staff and not taking Robinson we could maybe drag it on longer. But I think he ended up at Purdue either way.
It will be interesting to track both of these player’s careers going forward. At least for me.
Jarin in the way …
Didn’t burgess have a broken leg or something. I’m a little reticent on taking bigs with lower body injuries late in their high school career
It was pretty much over for UVA once Getter left. I mean he hosted Burgess on his official over the weekend, and on Monday he was recruiting him for Notre Dame.
UVA wanted Burgess to reclass and do what Robinson likely is, redshirt.
Normally I try and stay out of the RS discussions, but really? For Robinson, it makes some sense. I’d prefer we never RS another 4 star player with tons of P6 options though.
Burgess is coming off of a broken leg. He’s still not playing. Not someone that’s contributing in college next season, but he could reclassify. So the reclass/redshirt plan made sense. Expect Purdue will offer up the same thing.
