Pitino has a big name in Greece man
There are several more that don’t have income tax if you are in the military… New York is one of them. Most states do not tax military retirement pay at all. Virginia is not one of them however for either… believe the threshold is $40K tax-free for retired pay, then you pay on top of that.
Taxing military retirement pay is diabolical
I know military retirement pay jacked my federal taxes all up this past year.
I went from a $1500 refund for 2021 (when I was still active) to an almost $6000 bill for 2022 after I retired.
Not fun man
What was the disability percentage that you got?
Originally 30% but got bumped to 50%
Nice… I’m hoping for 30%… but we’ll see… I think the VA calculation is a bit more lenient.
Ah crap they’re visiting together
Very. Other than some back problems I rarely went to the Dr other than very minor stuff, but those 10%’s add up. I was surprised.
It’s too bad we didn’t recruit him for longer, because our slow summer months would have benefited from the N-Gone-gba jokes. Funny at first, then not funny for a while, then funny again, then not funny when it was clear he was really gone. Then funny all over again in retrospect.
If he and Abraham go to UConn and they’re super good, that will be annoying, right?
Did we stop recruiting him, the article mentions him working on setting up another visit to us?
Yeah, good question. I thought the CW was that bringing in that last minute big from North Carolina probably meant we wouldn’t pursue a true big in '24, but maybe I’m misremembering, or maybe it just meant a '24 big isn’t as much of a priority.
Arent they cousins?
