At this point I sort of assume every solid high major recruit has or could get an Overtime offer if they wanted.
Who are the coaches in Overtime? Seems like that could be a big limiting factor for them.
Or a great opportunity for Phony coaches…
I’ve heard Kevin Ollie is somehow involved.
Kevin Ollie I think. UConn coach who won a natty. We don’t talk about the rest of his career after.
Dave Leitao is an Overtime assistant.
I am completely unsurprised by that
a Brice Sensabaugh, Ernest Udeh, Ven-Allen Lubin haul for Georgia tech would be interesting
Damn, Georgia Tech has made the cut for several good players. Why is this happening?
Pastner could recruit at Memphis. Also geographic location (in Atlanta/ close to florida talent hot spots). And momentum from an ACC Title*** (stupid COVID). Plus we may despise Pastner but he has a personality that resonates with recruits (he’s a relaxed goofball like Musselman).
It’s pretty wild to think that we could straight up have a better recruiting class than UNC if Whitmore goes to Nova or Illinois.
Jamie Shaw did post this 3 days ago before the top 3 list. He’s been 100% right on predictions. Some of them obvious but that means the predictions are even more true if he is making obvious predictions. Lol we are actually going to have a more talented recruiting class than UNC. Never could have imagined that a few years ago.

If anyone has a 247 account and enjoys the suffering of other fans, the maryland board is a hoot right now
I don’t enjoy the suffering of all other fans.
But I do enjoy Terp tears. Not as much as Hokie tears, but they’ll do.
Imagine if Keels released his top 3 but instead of UVA it was Illinois for the third team after prioritizing him for a year… but also Turgeon is your head coach the last 10 years. That’s how they feel LOL
You forgot the part where we’d go 21-10 the next year but make a sweet sixteen whereafter the HC signs an extension
Malik Reneau is committing tomorrow and the only thing I know is that it’s not FSU according to their board. FSU has really had one of the worst 2022 recruiting periods over this summer. They have 6 scholarships to fill and have missed on everyone. They are still in play for some talent, including Julian Phillips but damn I thought Hamiliton with his history as a recruiter would land atleast one of their top targets. To be fair their top pg target Jazian Gortman signed with Overtime.
Memphis or Miami for Reneau (watch it be florida now that I typed that)
Also sounds like Noah Clowney is down to 2 schools: VT and IU.
the possibility of Rodney Rice, Tyler Tickel, Noah Clowney vs Isaac McKneely, Leon Bond, Isaac Traudt down the line will be fun to follow.
I could see Tech having a big class, but having a below expectations season this year, losing 3-4 starters and having an even worse year the season after, and then seeing a couple of those commits transfer out when they realize they decided to go to Blacksburg for college. Mike jones will help them recruit in the short term but there’s a zero percent chance tech is anything but a stepping stone
Oh and that said, I would take our class over that theoretical Tech class any day. Nickel is overrated. Rice would be the crown jewel imo, kinda hoping he goes to Louisville
The theoretical tech class still has a lot of road bumps. They haven’t had a lot of success closing k their top targets so far
