I’d retire at 55 if I had the chance. Actually, I’d retire at 35 if I had the chance. But presumably CTB actually enjoys his job, so there’s that.

You’d have to twist anything I said pretty hard to get to anything remotely resembling there wouldn’t be a lot of transfers. I just don’t think the sky is falling, that’s all.

Inonly say that about TB because as much as he loves basketball he knows and appreciates things outside the game. And the momebthe loses the passion for the trips the people etc i can see him being content to move on.

He’s passed on the Wisconsin job twice now that was the most likely choice. He’s not motivated by money so a big school cant throw that at him. And he’s a big fish in the historically biggest pond. Anything else would beba lateral move a step down or taking on unneeded stress like rebuilding ucla

Oh yeah, I totally agree with you. He’s said before I think that there’s things he wants to do with his life besides coaching. I don’t think he was a guy who grew up wanting to be a coach, he just kind of fell into it after playing when he got to coach with his dad and enjoyed it/was good at it. But I don’t think he’ll be coaching into his old old age like K or Boeheim.
All I was saying, is I want to retire! Haha.
