No idea if he’ll consider the portal at the end of the season, but liked the FR big man from Albany last night. Definitely looks like he could play/contribute at a higher level.

If Matthew Cleveland is hitting 3s and he doesn’t go pro, he has to be at the top of the transter portal wants if Hamilton retires. Hitting 3s has been Cleveland’s one knock (although he didn’t have issues hitting that buzzer beater 3 over Armaan last season…)
From good ole’ Milton Georgia and went to Pace Academy, that school in Atlanta Williford always seems to visit once or twice during the recruiting season.
Edit: He’s at 42% for the season I just saw. wtf? If that stays consistent I imagine he jsut goes pro and gets a late first round/early 2nd grade anyways.

Possible grad transfer? 3 years at Morehead. 1 year at Minnesota. 50% from 3 and 6.9 assists -2.5 turnovers.
UVA is at it’s best with 3 ball handlers, and two athletic front court pieces (one who is skilled, one who’s main asset is protecting the rim).
What is considered a ball handler now? Like 3 guys that can full on run the point?
This might be a flawed way of thinking, but in modern positionless basketball I classify a ball handler as a guy who can confidently come off a ball screen and look to drive or dish. Basically someone who could effectively run an offensive set if needed.

I LOVE Cooper’s game offensively, he’s incredibly steady and a very good shooter (though not great from the FT line). Not sure how much of a fit he is defensively, he’s not the best athlete and has trouble sliding at times. I feel like the staff would only pursue if Beeks declared.
