Yea it was interesting to see the UNC players’ faces after making a bonehead turnover – it was like they didn’t really care that much. Good point about how this impacts valuable possessions at the end.

NCAA is keeping some teams on standby, in case other teams forfeit after being selected. Thus it seems possible that our forfeit could help Duke get in.

Exactly- dook has had such players as Joint joint Reddick, Tauntay Jones, Henderthug, and Of course Greasy Allen- all cut from the same cloth Roach K.

Best they could even try to justify with Duke is one of the standby teams. And even that is a stretch. I wouldn’t waste any energy worrying about it.

I hope they make some sort of announcement to ease people’s minds but it’s hard when you think about it. We’ve cleared initial minimum protocols for selection to the NCAAT. Still leaves questions but that’s where we are it sounds like.
