Up 10 with Max Shulga continuing his horrible shooting from Dayton scoreless today
That is def one thing Pitino has over Odom, much more engaging personality/press conference.
But as long as it doesn’t effect recruiting and his X’s and O’s remain great it doesn’t really bother me much.
Future starting forward Kwame Evans Jr vs Michigan St on b1g network
What’s our connection there?
Baltimore dmv kid (Odom grounds). Refers to Williford as “uncle”. Looking to come back east unless Oregon drops bags for retention like a lot of schools might
Jennings impressed me that half. Not sure he’d ever be a star but has the look of a guy who will only get better and could be a real glue guy at minimum. He flies around (as do most of Odom’s players which I love)
That unfortunately may or may not be relevant to us in a couple weeks depending on if J Willy sticks around.
“The Secret”-level power of @Hooandtrue visualization.
Good ol Hooandtrue manifestation
VCU is a bit lucky that the Bonnies are a poor three point shooting team. They’ve given up some open looks from the perimeter.
Man that block from Jennings in transition was impressive.
I’ve seen enough. Jennings is a TAKE
Is Jack Clark the guy that clanked the game winning 3 against us at Clemson last year?
Jennings again from 3. He’s been huge for VCU in this game.
Jennings is a stud. I assume he plays like this all the time
Defensively, yes.
Offensively, this is the first time he’s made three 3’s in a game all year lol.
Jennings is fun to watch. Navigated that screen really well and made the right read to make the pass up the floor
Jenniiiinggsss
Was secretly hoping we would offer him went Tony B went out of his way to go watch Jennings at an independent scholastic event.
UVA gave Jennings a look…he was a summer blow up guy, low major recruit that started to get big boy looks after a good spring. During the HS live weekends in June, TB and J Willy stopped by the VA private school event to check out Jennings on their way to DeMatha. If I remember right, he ended up getting a few high major offers but chose to stay home at VCU.
