He’s got some nifty / crafty moves, but he also just hunts a lot of bodies in the halfcourt. Strangely effective tho
Dont think Ive seen him kick out when a defense collapses on him in the half court.
15-32! Funny thing is we seem to be better tonight with a hand in our face than when we’re wide open.
I’m not. I checked in because i saw the score but the days of posting throughout the game are probably over. It’s the same BS over and over despite how well we’re playing.
It sure is
ESPN says we were -28.5 favorites. Let’s see if we beat the spread.
Final mission: Will we hit 100 points?
Lang………..
How was he a starter on a power 5 team? lol
And by same BS i of course mean jphat posting about our shitty defense, Dallin Hall, and how bad Eli is.
Owen Odom with the block lol.
Held them under 70, which is the new 60 for us.
With the defense, sometimes it’s just the effort. So many times tonight we didn’t communicate a screen, leaving two guys on one and a shooter open on the empty side. Our guys made no effort to close out on several of those instances. Some of it is the opponent, but it’s something that better not become a habit.
Looking forward to the Texas game.
How did we look in the 1st half?
Good game for TDR, Lewis, and Tillis. Another rough one for Hall.
Pretty good, overall.
Takeaway from this year’s threads: Dallin Hall is 2023-4’s Rhode, 2022-3’s Kihei.
Gonna be an interesting one for sure. They’re a good team, not elite but probably on the bubble come tourney time depending on how the SEC slate treats them.
One thing they do is get to the FT line, which with our foul rate could be an issue. They’re athletic at guard and get into the lane, streaky shooting team and not great defensively. We’ve gotta be better at communicating on the perimeter otherwise Miller will drown our defense in pick and rolls.
Fixed it
